For Basic Co-Location customers, CNC2 personnel will manually retrieve recorded backup tapes and insert blank tapes. Price depends on requirements by customer. Customer must provide the backup hardware and software, tapes as well as space within its rack for tape storage. The customer is also responsible for software configuration on systems executing backups.
