New Name Registration: CNC2 will assume administrative and billing responsibilities to facilitate registration of a new customer domain name with the appropriate domain registration authority.

Name Transfers: CNC2 will assume administrative and billing responsibilities to facilitate the transfer of an existing domain name to CNC2’s servers by contacting the appropriate customer-designated contact at the company currently maintaining the domain and the appropriate domain registration authority.

Maintenance: CNC2 will perform annual maintenance, facilitate updates to records, and troubleshoot issues for CNC2-maintained domain names.
